Well it’s Amazing i cant believe how fast I can dry my long hair now.
The quality is excellent and i like it because it’s very light compared to my old one.
I actually look forward to drying my hair now, the speeds are brilliant and I like the lock switch on the side what you have chosen so you can keep the setting whilst drying too.. Brilliant I actually Love it.

Bought this dryer to use for work, love how light and compact it is and the different settings too but the fact it comes with a diffuser that doesnt fly off part way through is amazing!! Love love love x
I have lots of hair but it’s fine, this brush is just fab, it keeps all my hair in it’s grip and gives a great result , plus it seems to work really well with my fine hair and not get tangled, really happy would buy more in different sizes if it were available .
The MD London BLOW actually did “blow” me away as I am so super impressed with it. My previous Hair Dryer is from another well known brand but more expensive. The BLOW is superb! It is quieter, lighter and faster at drying my thick hair but also left it in really good condition! I am very impressed. I am one of those people that if their hair isn’t right, I don’t feel my best. Well the BLOW will keep my hair looking fabulous so I am one very happy new customer. Can I also add that I find the instruction videos on the website very useful too so that is a “win win” for me!
I have fragile thin hair and these straighteners glide over my hair without causing damage , the long cable is so useful and the customer service is amazing ! .
These are great brushes - took a while to ajust to but love them now.

I bought this as a Black Friday offer and I'm honestly absolutely delighted with it. My hair is fine, fragile and prone to breakage so when I read that a boar bristle brush is best suited to my hair type I stumbled across this and I was not disappointed. I've only used it twice but there is no going back to my generic black handled, silver ceramic barrelled blow drying brush! This is simply amazing and hopefully in conjunction with the Abbey Yung method my hair can grow and restore.

It’s been a delight using my new Phat straighteners - they’re much quicker at straightening my hair and you can adjust the temperature so much less damaging. Love them!
Having previously bought Blow I thought I'd try the straighteners, so glad I did. Like They are lighter than my usual pair, heat up really quickly and the long lead is great delivery quick and they were well packaged. Really pleased with them.

I purchased one of these hairdryers in January 2024 at the cost of £175.50 and after only 22 months it stopped working. I contacted customer care and am utterly shocked and disappointed by the responses which I received, which were both patronising and condescending. I was asked to send a photograph of the hairdryer (which I did) and received a reply to say that the filters had not been cleaned (they had in fact been cleaned several times since I purchased the hairdryer) and that it was therefore my fault that the hairdryer had stopped working, which is an absolute insult. Furthermore, the photographs which I had sent were sent back to me with blue circles drawn around the so called blocked vents - this is apparently customer care?!!! I can honestly say that I have never before had the misfortune to encounter such appalling customer service. I bought the hair dryer as a treat to myself for my 50th birthday, stupidly believing that I was buying a product of much better quality than I had previously owned and which would last me for years to come, sadly this could not be further from the truth. This hairdryer was a complete and utter waste of money, I have been well and truly ripped off and fobbed off.
