Delivery Policy

Standard delivery

UK Mainland Delivery: Orders placed from within the UK are sent via DPD Delivery (Monday - Friday). A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.

During busier times, this may be up to 3 days (72 hours).

For overseas orders, you can order through one of our approved online retail partners.

What happens after your order is placed?

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What happens if your product has not reached you within the promised time frame?
