Competition Terms & Conditions

This promotion is run by MDLND Ltd ("the Promoter"). It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

To enter via Instagram, participants must: follow the Promoter’s Instagram account, like the competition post, and leave a comment on the post. To enter via TikTok, participants must: follow the Promoter’s TikTok account, like the competition post, and leave a comment on the post.

Multiple tags in separate comments constitute multiple entries. Tags must be of real accounts — spam or fake account tags will be disqualified. Participants may enter on both platforms but are only eligible to win once.

The competition opens on the date of the initial post 01 August 2026 and closes 14 days later on 14 August 2026 at 23:59 GMT/BST.

There is one (1) prize available on each platform: one (1) mdlondon CURL. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.

There will be one (1) winner selected per platform — one from Instagram and one from TikTok — chosen at random from all qualifying entries on that platform after the closing date. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the competition closing.

Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform via which they entered within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.

Winners may be asked to provide a name and postal address to facilitate prize delivery. This information will be used solely for prize fulfilment and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who acts fraudulently, breaches these terms, or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
